Terms of Service

These terms apply to every service you buy from Telcofly through telcofly.com. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.

1. Your account

  • You must give accurate contact details and keep them up to date. Domain registries require this.
  • You are responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping your password safe.
  • You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.

2. Orders and payment

  • Prices are shown on our website and on your invoice before you pay.
  • Services are billed in advance for the period you choose (for example monthly or yearly).
  • A service is set up after we receive payment. Some services are set up by our staff and can take longer.
  • Renewal invoices are created before each due date. If an invoice is not paid by its due date, the service may be suspended, and later terminated.

3. Refunds

  • If you are not satisfied with a new hosting service, contact us and we will review your refund request.
  • Domain names, renewals, licences and other third-party products cannot be refunded once they have been registered or issued.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use our services to:

  • break the law or infringe someone else's rights;
  • send spam or bulk unsolicited email;
  • host malware, phishing pages or content that attacks other systems;
  • use an unreasonable share of a shared server's resources.

We may suspend or remove a service that breaks these rules. Where we reasonably can, we will contact you first.

5. Your content and backups

You own your content and are responsible for it. We take backups where a plan includes them, but you must keep your own copy of anything important.

6. Domain names

Domain names are registered in your name and are subject to the rules of the relevant registry. You are responsible for renewing them on time. An expired domain may be lost.

7. Availability

We work to keep services online, but no hosting service can promise to be free of interruptions. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.

8. Cancelling

You can ask us to cancel a service at any time from your client area. Cancelling stops future invoices; it does not refund the current paid period, except as described under Refunds.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you by email or in your client area before it applies.

11. Contact
